For this very special Joe’s Pub performance, Stephane and His Band hit the stage in a rare trio arrangement. Performing original songs from his album Bistro Fada (named after Wrembel’s theme song written for the wildly popular Woody Allan film “Midnight in Paris”) Stephane – together with Roy Williams (guitar) and Dave Speranza (bass) – performed this and other less known Wrembel-scored songs from the “Bistro Fada” collection, many of which have never been performed live.  Beyond genre and beyond any singular guitar technique, Stephane’s unique musical expression always takes the listener on a spectacular, vivid journey into a world all its own.
